Design and Build
If you require full support to take your idea through the entire design and build process, we can absolutely take care of that for you. Working with our architect, we can offer a complete design and build service. From drawings to planning applications, through building regulations and on to completion. Upon completion, you will be provided with a handover pack which will contain everything you need to know about new fixtures and fittings along with all guarantees and operating instructions.
Build only
If your plans are already drawn, we can give you a competitive and accurate quote to complete the work. We will also liaise with your architect throughout the project to ensure the work is carried out to your exact specification.
If your project is on the smaller scale you may not require plans or architectural drawings at all. Call us to arrange a free consultation and we can tell you if this is the case, and of course provide a quote to carry out the work accordingly.
